Operational Efficiency Manager

Diederich Group of Companies

While operational efficiecny manager at Diederich, I increased efficiency in all of the organization’s entities. Through the development of innovative solutions I was able to help improve efficiency in the organization which has led to saving considerable amounts of time, less human error and a higher overall job satisfaction of all employees. I did this through developing workflows, training employees and implementing new software programs which I developed myself in order to provide the tools that the company needs. I also completed special projects for both the CEO and the President of the company and collaborated with them in order to roll out any necessary changes within the company.

In addition, I gained a greater role in marketing for all entities within the Diederich organization. My direct mail responsibilities grew to include all of the organization of the direct mail marketing campaigns. In 2011 we also started a liquor store chain that had a large electronic sign, which forced me to learn adobe after effects to create animations for the billboard.

It was during this time that I was given many highly sensitive tasks, such as compiling reports for upper management, training the Vice President of the service department for Diederich Healthcare, training the Vice President of Diederich Properties (property management company) and many Diederich Healthcare Account Managers. I also selected and trained all staff on a new cloud-based property management system which was used to increase efficiency and accountability in that particular entity.

Account Manager

Diederich Group of Companies

As an account manager I was responsible for servicing medical malpractice insurance policies for Diederich Healthcare. The bulk of this work involved speaking to physicians about their policies, answering questions and securing coverage with the various insurance companies that Diederich works with. During my time in this role, I became aware of several inefficiencies within the organization and began developing solutions that saved hundreds of hours of work. While I was an account manager, I was also doing direct mail marketing on an as-needed basis until the decision was made to remove that job from my responsibilities and use an outside company.
